Craig Phillips

As of 2025 Craig has been selling residential real estate south of the river, for 24 years. 

He is a fully licensed agent and is currently the branch manager at the Remax Extreme Cannington branch while continuing to specialise in the sale of residential, lifestyle & acreage properties.

After over two decades in the industry, Craig has a specific skill on 'intuition' pricing - a unique marketing technique we use to create competition in the market. 

His business focus is continually on how to get the best result for his sellers by individually tailoring the marketing process to achieve this. If sellers require assistance or guidance in preparing their home for sale, Craig and his team are happy to provide this service as well. 

Craig has a friendly, non-pushy and professional attitude to his work and can be relied on to get the best result possible for his sellers with minimum fuss.

Originally from the South Island of New Zealand he moved his family to Perth for the lifestyle and opportunities that abound here.

Nicola Spicer

Nicola is a dedicated and passionate professional with a diverse background in real estate, property development, project management and interior design where she has worked offshore in Bali, Indonesia on various projects over the last 7 years.

Her earlier career was in the fashion industry where she owned a label which had many successes participating in Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia and Miami Swim week.

With a creative and detailed eye combined with hard work and determination, she has navigated her career to real estate working for Remax Extreme.

Nicola is highly skilled in branding, marketing and social media which allows her to showcase and market properties effectively to attract the right buyers.

Raised on a dairy farm in New Zealand and now immersed in the world of luxury homes, Nicola offers clients a unique blend of down to earth authenticity and high end experience.
