CRAIG PHILLIPS

Craig has been selling residential real estate south of the river, for 25 years. He is a fully licensed agent and is currently the Branch Manager at the REMAX Extreme Cannington branch while continuing to specialise in the sale of residential, lifestyle & acreage properties. 

His business focus is continually on how to get the best result for his sellers by individually tailoring the marketing process to achieve this. If sellers require assistance or guidance in preparing their home for sale, Craig and his team are happy to provide this service as well. 

Originally from the South Island of New Zealand he moved his family to Perth for the lifestyle and opportunities that abound here. 

Craig has a friendly, non-pushy and professional attitude to his work and can be relied on to get the best result possible for his sellers with minimum fuss.

Earlier in her career, she founded a successful fashion label that showcased at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia and Miami Swim Week, where she developed the creative, branding and marketing expertise that now sets her apart in the property industry.

Working alongside Craig Phillips, Nicola complements decades of local market knowledge and negotiation experience with innovative marketing, technology and strategic property campaigns. Together, they specialise in helping clients buy and sell acreage, lifestyle and premium homes throughout Perth’s Hills and foothills, combining proven experience with a fresh, forward-thinking approach.
